On this occasion, seventeen members of our community participated in the “Food Protection Manager” certification course, facilitated by ServSafe at The Hispanic Corporation. The course covered essential topics such as cross contamination, cleaning and disinfection, and food storage, among others. Upon completion, participants took a final exam and received their well-deserved certifications.
