Note: Once you know what type of cubicle you want, please proceed to pay the rent. All rents are monthly charged to credit card.

Conference room is equipped with flat screen tv, whiteboard, video projector, conference speakerphone, ip video camera, Ethernet outlet, power outlets, and WiFi.
Rentals do not include parking.  Off street parking is available.
Rentals do not include phone system, or answering services.  We will assist you in setting up your own IP answering services.
Rate Sheet is updated yearly.
Rentals have access to PHDC’s Business Services at member’s rates.
