The PHDC Business Incubator project supports Community and Economic Development by promoting economic and housing opportunities for an underrepresented demographic, increasing economic activity in a transition-ready neighborhood, and building the capacity of that neighborhood to move development forward. Sustaining and accelerating growth in the Pittsburgh region can only be achieved by promoting diversity and racial equity, and that is the mission of PHDC and this project.
